3. Payment Terms
a. Invoice and Payment Schedule

A 50% deposit is required upfront before work commences.

The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, prior to the final delivery of the product.

Payments are due within 7 days of receiving the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b. Late Payments

Payments not made within 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee per week until the payment is made in full.

We reserve the right to suspend or halt work if payments are delayed beyond 14 days.
4. Project Timeline
a. Turnaround Time

Typical project completion time is between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the scope of the project.

Deadlines may vary and will be communicated during the project briefing and confirmed in the agreement.
b. Delays

Any delays caused by the client, including providing feedback or materials, may result in adjustments to the project timeline.

If a project requires additional time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client as soon as possible.
5. Reviews and Revisions
a. Unlimited Revisions (within limits)

We offer unlimited reviews of the product until the client is satisfied within a period of 14 days after the initial design submission.

Revisions beyond this 14-day period may incur additional charges and are subject to our availability.
b. Review Period

Clients are encouraged to provide detailed feedback during the 14-day review period. Any changes or revisions requested after this period will be considered a new request and may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
6. No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our services (custom design work), once a project is completed and the final product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final.
7. Ownership of Work
a. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client will receive full rights to the final designs, excluding any third-party materials or software used within the design.

Udesigns retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your project. Any proprietary or confidential information provided by the client will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing at any time. If the client terminates the project after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to that point. If Udesigns terminates the agreement, the client will receive a full refund for any uncompleted services paid for in advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality design services, Udesigns is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
Udesigns reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the client, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
